This policy explains what South Promotion ("we", "us") collects on south-promotion.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the free audit form: your name, office name, email, phone, your current website or Google listing, the answers you pick (office size, credential, call language) and your message. We ask for contact details only. Please never send tax documents, Social Security numbers or other client data through this site.

How we use it

To contact you about the audit you requested and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We do not sell or rent your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Form messages are delivered to our mailbox through our hosting provider. Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of a normal web request. We use Google Analytics to count visits: it sets cookies and receives anonymous information about your visit (pages viewed, where you came from, approximate location, device type). We only look at overall statistics and do not use them for advertising. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep audit requests for up to 24 months, or longer if you become a client and the information is needed for our work together. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by replying to any email from us or by sending a request through the audit form.

Security

The site runs on SSL. The form is contact-only and does not accept file uploads.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
